The Company has a policy to ensure equal and fair treatment for all employees, covering all aspects such as remuneration,

To uphold these principles, the Company has established a Labor Relations Unit responsible for planning, overseeing, evaluating, and
coordinating labor relations initiatives and activities in collaboration with relevant departments.

Comprehensive Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD)
The Company is committed to respecting and upholding human rights across all stakeholders, including employees, business partners,
customers, shareholders, relevant agencies, communities, society, and the environment. To ensure this commitment, we have established a Human
Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) framework to identify key issues, assess impacts, monitor business operations, and communicate corrective actions
related to human rights risks within our business activities. This framework aligns with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and
Human Rights (UNGPs), ensuring the protection and respect of human rights for all affected groups.
