Materiality Assessment
The Company has conducted an analysis of material sustainability issues covering all dimensions, namely the environmental dimension,
the social dimension, and the economic and corporate governance dimension. The analysis of material issues is divided into two formats:
the importance to the Company (Outside-in perspective) and the importance to stakeholders in various groups from the Company's business
operations (Inside-out perspective). The information obtained from the analysis will be used to further develop the Company's sustainability.
The analysis of the Company's material sustainability issues, referring to the analysis guidelines according to the principles of the GRI
Standards 2021 reporting standards and the guidelines for the analysis of material sustainability issues of the Stock Exchange of Thailand,
is an aid in the analysis consists of the following steps:
1. Organizational context review
Assess and review the nature of business operations, the number and types of stakeholder groups involved with the Company,
the nature of the relationship between each stakeholder group and the Company, legal requirements, complaints, and results from satisfaction
assessments from various stakeholder groups, taking into account human rights principles, including the direction of business operations
through the Company's vision, mission, strategies, policies, and goals in order to indicate what the Company is at present.
2. Identifying sustainability issues
Collect key sustainability topics that the Company and stakeholders in various groups have been affected or are expected to be
affected, covering all dimensions of sustainability and covering the entire business chain. Therefore, it was used to evaluate its importance
to stakeholders in various groups and importance to the Company.
3. Sustainability Materiality Analysis
Qualitative data obtained from the previous step, both the importance to stakeholders and the importance to the organization of
each sustainability issue, is assessed against the criteria used in the analysis to be able to measure the level of importance of each issue,
referring to the principles of the Stock Exchange of Thailand together with the organization's risk assessment.
4. Prioritizing sustainability issues
The analyzed sustainability issues are listed in the Materiality Matrix to enable prioritization and an overview of each
sustainability issue, with the vertical axis (Y-axis) to measure the importance of stakeholders and the horizontal axis (X-axis) to measure
the importance of the Company.
