Subject: Invitation to shareholders to propose agenda and to nominate candidate for company directorship for the 2010 Annual General Shareholder's Meeting in advance

In order to promote the principles of good corporate governance regarding the equitable right and treatment of shareholders, GFPT Public Company Limited ("GFPT") is welcome its shareholders to propose any agenda which deems significant and appropriate to be included in the 2010 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting and to nominate suitably qualified candidates for selection as GFPT's Board of Directors.

Details and criteria are disclosed on the Company's website: http://www.gfpt.co.th /shareholder Information/ Shareholder's Meeting. Interested shareholders can send an application form and required document to the Company Secretary from now on to December 31, 2009.
